Recently, I moved into a new home and my contractor directed me to Overhead Door in Edmonton for a service issue. When I contacted OD, I spoke with Shannon who was both helpful and pleasant and set up and appointment for a technician to visit my home. When the day of the visit rolled around, I received a call in advance as requested and 30 minutes later Josh arrived. I’ve met many nice trades people in Edmonton and Josh is yet another that exceeded my expectations. He’s one of the most friendly guys you will ever meet, he has a passion for his trade and on a scale of 1 – 10… Josh is a 12 when it comes to customer service. I will be sure to not only recommend Overhead Door Company of Edmonton but Shannon and Josh.
